  • Skinless chicken breasts weighing lb

Now, blend until you get an even, smooth sauce. Pour the sauce back into the bowl. Cut the chicken into little pieces (for perfect and even cooking) and add them to the salad of potatoes. The salad should be well-tossed and served.
