  • Eggs (2- large)
  • Heavy cream (2 tbsp)
  • Milk (2 cups)
  • One teaspoon of sea salt and ground black pepper to the taste
  • White vinegar (2 Tbsp)
  • Chicken tenderloins of the breast (2 pounds)
  • All-purpose flour ( 1/4 cup)
  • Coconut oil ( 1/2 cup)
  • Coconut (1 Cup)
  • Powder of chilli ( 1/2 teaspoon)
  • Almond flour ( 3/4 cup)
  • White sugar (2 Tbsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)

Instructions for Prepare Coconut Chicken Tenders?

DIRECTION
  1. Put the appropriate quantities of vinegar and milk in a pan and mix the two. Include tenderloins in the mix.
  2. Store it in the freezer. Then, you can moisten it for up to a couple of hours.
  3. Get another bowl. Mix eggs, heavy cream salt, black pepper and salt thoroughly. Create a thick egg coating using these ingredients.
  4. Now add coconut to the bowl and mix it in to make your dry coat. Make a huge breadcrumbs using coconut.
