  • Salt kosher (to taste)
  • Two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar from apples
  • Milk or water
  • One tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Chicken breasts weighing one pound

Do You Prepare Chicken Tenders?



  1. Mix honey, vinegar, and soy sauce together with salt, water, and vinegar in the bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into the zip top bag.
  3. In the meantime, cut the breasts into 1-inch tenders.
  4. Place them in a bag.
  5. The chicken tenders can be frozen for 30 minutes or for 8 hours.
  6. After the time is up, take the bag from the fridge.
  7. Heat the grill pan until 350 degrees F.

  9. Bake them for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Flip halfway, then grill for an additional 4 minutes.
  11. The temperature inside should be at least 165 degrees F.
  12. Place them on a platter.
  13. The plate can be wrapped in aluminum foil for up to three minutes.
