  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 boneless skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 1 tsp salt

The Process

  • 2 8 oz Ribeye steak
  • freshly cracked black pepper freshly cracked
  • Salt
  • olive oil

For Garlic Butter

  • 1 stick butter unflavored, salted
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chopped parsley
  • 1/2 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
