  • Half cup Coconut Cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Two cloves of garlic, two cloves
  • 500 g of chicken breast

  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 90 g pork rinds
  • 1 teaspoon powdered onion
  • one egg
  • cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper



  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
  2. Incorporate coconut cream as well as vinegar, black garlic pepper and coconut cream in the bowl.
