We bought an air fryer just because of a suggestion from a co-worker. When we were testing ovens and doing some very informative research on the basis of health, cooking, and kitchen appliances, our co-worker had once told us that an air fryer is highly recommended for any long-term sickness.

The Past Week with the NuWave air fryer 10 qt model
Since We have bought this device, we have had a wide collection of cooked vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, green beans) that we normally won’t have unless we were eating out.
For many reasons, we have never been capable of stir-frying or saute vegetables, as well as have them turn out appealing in a way. The one vegetable we cook well is the summer squash. However, we were frying them in a tiny amount of oil.
