INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g Quorn Vegan Nuggets
  • fresh ginger
  • Two tablespoons garlic, cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • One cup yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • One tablespoon parsley
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • Two tablespoons fresh mint
  • black pepper
  • one tablespoon honey
  • Two tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper with coriander and parsley.
  2. Mix in the smoked paprika and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
  3. Olive oil can be used to coat Quorn Vegan Nuggets. Combine the garlic mixture with the Quorn Vegan Nuggets.
  4. Set the bowl aside for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Place the nuggets into an aluminum pan.
  6. Bake them until they are golden.
  7. Serve warm with a spicy potato salad or sauce.
